Booking details

•  The prices quoted above are for a maximum of up to 4 guests, though with the addition of our new family room, we can accommodate one more adult plus a baby or toddler with ease and comfort… just ask for a quotation.

• A 20% deposit is due within 7 days of booking, and the balance is payable at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email on receipt of cheque.

• A separate security deposit of £150 (refundable) is also required along with the final payment.

• From 22 December 2008 till 6 January 2009 is High Season, though a discount can be given for a 2-week booking, dependant on number of guests.

• We can supply each of our guests with two changes of both bath sheets and hand towels for £5 per person per week ( These are for indoor use only, we advise you to bring your own towels for the beach.)

•  We will email you concise directions as to how to find us, along with your final confirmation, on receipt of the balance.

• It is a great help to us when our guests leave the gite as they found it. All cleaning  products within the gite are provided for your use, on departure we kindly request that you leave the cottage, in a clean and tidy condition.

• Our changeover day is normally Saturday, as this seems to suit local flights, we can however be flexible. The gite is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we request that our guests vacate the gite by 10am on the morning of departure.

• Should your travel arrangements mean that you arrive out of these times please let us know, as we are almost invariably able to overcome most difficulties.
